We’re excited to welcome Luke Broadhurst as the new Lead of the ALT Academy, our programme built for marketing teams who want to get to grips with AI in a way that’s actually useful.
Luke brings a strong background in sales & marketing campaign delivery. He knows how teams really work, and what slows them down. But more importantly, he understands how AI can bring clarity, pace, and better thinking when it’s taught in a way that connects with real challenges, not abstract theory, but the everyday reality of briefs, deadlines and brand decisions.
His focus is on growing the ALT Academy’s reach and shaping how we deliver our sessions, helping more marketing professionals get to a place where AI feels practical, relevant, and fully integrated into how they work.
Under Luke’s leadership, the Academy will continue to grow its offer of interactive, hands-on learning, from strategic 1:1 sessions with CMOs, to collaborative training for in-house marketing teams across digital, brand, CRM, performance and content.
