£35,000 - £40,000 + performance-based bonus

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with experience across national B2B and B2C brands, a proper understanding of channel production and a strong digital skill set. Strategic, commercially switched on and amazing with clients. The kind of person who can run a meeting, read the subtext and still keep things moving. Someone who enjoys a bit of healthy tension in the pursuit of better work.
The Role
This is a senior individual contributor role. You’ll own key client relationships across a mix of retained and project-based work, spanning brand, digital and campaign delivery.
We’ll trust you to:
Lead client relationships with confidence and a bit of edge
Turn business challenges into briefs that spark something
Drive projects forward and keep everyone honest
Spot commercial opportunities and go after them
Step into pitches and help win the room
Own revenue targets and forecast with clarity
Push the thinking further when you know there’s more in it
You’ll work closely with strategy, creative and tech teams, setting the pace, protecting the standard and making sure the work actually delivers. Yes, that includes the awkward conversations!

Experience & Skills
We’re looking for someone with solid agency experience at Senior Account Manager level, ideally within a creative or integrated marketing environment.
You’ll bring:
Experience managing national B2B and B2C brands
Confidence across brand, digital and integrated campaigns
Clear, persuasive communication, written and verbal
Commercial accountability, including revenue ownership and growth
Experience contributing to pitch processes
The ability to motivate teams and keep the energy up
Strong stakeholder management and good judgement
You understand how agencies move. You understand how great work gets made. And you’re the person people trust when it really matters.
