We've only gone and won the Innovation Award at the 2026 Stratford Business Awards!

It's a brilliant feeling to have our work recognised, but for us, this award is about more than the work. It's about the people behind it.

Starting a business is a leap you make with your eyes open and your stomach on the floor. We made it together, as business partners and friends. Most days, we can't find the line between the two. We like it that way.

We trust each other implicitly. We show up for each other, through the personal stuff as much as the work, and nobody has to ask. That trust is at the heart of everything we do.

What innovation means to us

Innovation isn't just about clever ideas or doing something new. It's about creating the space to question things, challenge expectations and find better ways of working.

That takes trust. It takes people who aren't afraid to disagree, experiment and push an idea further. It's why the team behind the work matters just as much as the work itself.

The most inventive thing we've built is a team that looks after each other. The clever work grows out of that.

We run this business with our hearts on the outside. We believe in giving people room, leading with kindness and building something on our own terms. It doesn't always come without a few bruises, but the people who give that kindness back are worth every one.

We're lucky enough to have that in each other.

Thank you to the judges for recognising our studio, to our clients who trust us to push boundaries and be a little dangerous, and to everyone who's supported us along the way.

We entered because we wanted to celebrate the people behind this studio. We're leaving with an award that belongs to all of us.

The work matters. The recognition is brilliant. But the people matter most.
