CORPAY SALES KICK-OFF: LEGENDS OF THE GAME

Corpay’s Sales Kick-Off is a flagship internal moment: global sales team, leadership, partners, one room, one job: inspire, align, energise.
We developed and executed a complete event creative system built around the theme Legends of the Game, designed to be bold, immersive and emotionally resonant, with the production values to match.

  • Event Type: Global Sales Kick-Off
Audience: 200+ global sales team, leadership, key partners
    Location: St. James’ Park, Newcastle
    Tone: Bold, immersive, emotive, high-production
Challenge: Create a standout SKO experience that goes beyond expectation and builds a visual system that works across stage, screens, decks, print and comms

  • This theme celebrates not just performance, but long-term impact. Greatness earned through leadership, discipline, daring and resilience.

    Narrative Arc:

The Rise – Origins, ambition, emerging talent
The Fire – Pressure, performance, setbacks, game-changers
The Legacy – Culture, impact, story, memory

This structure provided emotional scaffolding for the entire event, creating a journey rather than a series of disconnected moments.

  • We designed a complete event world that felt unified but flexible. Every creative asset reinforced the same narrative, using consistent visual language, typography, and colour systems inspired by achievement, legacy, and cinematic storytelling.

Morgan, Matt and Amy brought the creative direction that made it feel timeless, not trendy. Elsa (PRINCE2-certified) kept the production seamless across multiple venues and technical requirements. Morgan captured the day, and the energy, through photography that proves something happened. Angel built the thematic narrative architecture that held it all together.

  • Brand Identity System - Event logo and lock-up - Visual language and graphic system - Type and colour palette - Component library for scalability

Stage & Production Design - Full stage visuals - LED content sequences - Team identifiers (crests, zones, visual hierarchies)

Motion Assets - Opening video (establishes tone and narrative) - Closing video (landing and call to action) - Foyer loops (ambient content for arrival experience) - Gala interstitials (transitions, award reveals, sponsor acknowledgments)

Presentation Systems - Speaker and guest PPT templates - Motion transitions and animations - Awards category graphics - Trophy reveal sequences

Print & Collateral - Programme design (schedule, speaker profiles, team info, theme styling) - Signage assets - Save the date design - RSVP and post-event comms

Comms Suite - Email templates (pre-event, day-of, post-event) - Social assets for event promotion and documentation - Thank you communications

Photography & Documentation - Full-day photography coverage - Candid moments, speakers, audience energy - Team moments and celebrations

  • Because it wasn’t just “a theme”. It was a system. Every piece reinforced the same world, in the same story, with enough flexibility to handle real speakers, real agenda changes, and real production needs.

When a creative system is coherent at that level, it doesn’t feel like a series of disconnected assets. It feels like one thought, executed with discipline and care across every surface the attendee touches.

  • The event successfully inspired and aligned a global salesforce. The visual system was professional and memorable. Attendees felt the quality of the production, which reflected Corpay’s commitment to its people. Post-event, the photography and graphics continue to drive internal comms and social storytelling.

"I wanted to send a sincere thank you for the creative you delivered for this year's annual Sales Kick Off.

This was my first time experiencing SKO primarily as a guest rather than as an organiser, and it gave me a completely new perspective on the experience. The scale and gravitas of the event really landed and your creative work played a huge role in making it feel so impactful.

The overall look and feel was bold, cohesive, and elevated. The creative thread ran through everything in a way that made the experience feel intentional and "big," and it genuinely helped set the tone, build energy, and bring people together. It also reinforced a real sense of inclusion, people felt part of something larger, and the creative helped create that shared identity in the room.

I've always been proud to be part of SKO each year, but seeing it through the lens of an attendee made me appreciate even more how powerful the experience becomes when the creative is executed at this standard. Truly amazing work.

Thank you again for the quality, craft, and care you brought to it all."
